Visited this shop for the first time on 25 November 2023 and spent more than 30 minutes there to view and try out their products. I was there mainly to look for the Beoplay EX which I saw on Google and I got the chance to try out. The design is very unique and the sound quality is excellent.

I first got to know about B&O more than 5 years ago as it is very famous in many countries including Malaysia mainly due to its partnerships with luxury automotive brands. I was enlightened by the service provided by Danny, who has been very knowledgeable about the products. He is very friendly and he explained to me on how to use the Beoplay EX wireless earbuds as well as the features of the product and it was easy to understand.

Besides that, I also tried out the Beolab 50 with piano tracks and live concert music played by Danny through an iPad, the sound just made me imagine that I was at the concert with the band/singer performing in front of me with every detail can be heard. I also requested Danny if I can play a song that I like to see how different they are compared to non-B&O speakers. Nevertheless, he let me pick a song on my own and then play it.

When I played the song (老派约会之必要 by MC 张天赋) with the speakers, I was blown away by the sound quality which I would just describe with two words: crystal clear. The music made me feel very calm and relaxed and the vocals are very well balanced with zero distortion at any volume. The speakers are totally a beast and they signify elegance as well as luxury with the unique design.

Yesterday, I decided to visit this store after being referred by the B&O Technical Support team after spending a couple of months troubleshooting my B&O EQ headset, and without success. This was a new headset that I bought from overseas.

I met up with the General Manager Danny Cheong who was kind enough to spare his time to look into my issue even though I was not a customer of this particular store.

It was not a straightforward fix initially, and there is almost a need to place a warranty request. But with persistence, Danny took his time and somehow got my B&O EQ earbuds working with my phone fantastically. Now I can enjoy the incredible sound through my B&O EQ earbuds without missing a day.

Huge thanks to the friendly staff at B&O Malaysia especially Danny. He has made my day and I am thankful for that. Whilst I have read the previous reviews, my experience yesterday was nothing as described. KUDOS to Danny!

I do hope other customers of B&O Malaysia will experience the same too.
